Beautiful image of the course. Had he sometimes delivered in late may or early June 08 08. I noticed that the day of the digital transition (2009-12 June), three vertical lines on the left side of the screeen. It was just a configuration problem or a problem of signal hoping that I switched to DVD items. Not this possibility. Lines always appeared. Samsung e-mailed, not received any response until a month passes, then give me a number to call. Call them, Guy seemed ready to help, but gave me the impression that he believed that I bought the TV in May 2009. Once I told him that it was in May 2008 that told me that he might be still under warranty? Local service centre called me and told me that costs $ 530 to correct the TV. So much for this. And Oh yeah, The 13 now vertical lines running along the left side. SAMSUNG thanks!

I have owned two months. Large image. However, after a couple of weeks, I noticed a light green which would seem to suggest. Large Step but very bright, and flicker, kind of like saying, look, look at me! Extremely distracting because the rest of the image is perfect. I thought, no problem, I have one year warranty so maybe I have to wait to see if it goes away. It has only worsened. So I called Samsung and worked my way through the menu system. Once I explained the problem, the nice person assured me that it could be repaired, but then transferred to someone else that I had to explain again. If these people have told me that he would contact my local Samsung repair centre and that I would receive a call from downtown service to set a time for repair. But the next day I received two calls, a technical service of Samsung and one for technical services at&T or something like that. After being on the phone with at&T for 40 minutes, explained that a few defective pixels are considered normal and Samsung does not repair the TV. But they are very sad. I waited a couple of weeks then obtained the brightest point and then called again Samsung. Oh, just didnt ‘ t understand why it has not been repaired and made them clear to me that it would step get a call to at&t or any other third party. Oh no, I went to contact my local repair installations personally and immediately get fixed TV. I could invite a call the next day. So, I need to tell you that calls really? Yes, the technical department at & t and Samsung. At&t has asked me to tell them what was the problem, and I told him that he was watching my information on your computer screen and didnt ‘t want to take another 40 minutes to explain once again. So after a few minutes I forwarded to the ECR Department. (Executive client blah blah, blah, blah Dept.)The Directorate is suppose to be selected. Now he is sympathetic and assures me that it will be repaired, Yes, absolutely! I did ten ways of saying, Yes, it will be resolved, but then he said, Samsung has a policy of pixels. Indeed! I never accepted any specific policy regarding defective pixels. I only know that I have a bad TV and a one-year guarantee. For the moment, is where it is. Everything I say is be very careful when buying a flat screen and check for a zero defects warranty and return policy, long so that you can make an Exchange or refund. Good luck

Samsung PN50B650 Samsung Faulty Power Control Boards! Beware!

Tech websites and revision are full of hundreds and thousands of disgruntled customers who have had problems with two doors defective hdmi (causing green vertical lines appear on the screen) and power tips that have defective capacity resistors not conveniently 14 months to 24 months after the puchase (after 1-year warranty is high).

I have a tv that has had two port hdmi and 16 months after the case of purchasing power of cards.

The Council of directors cut is the worst because causes the tv for not yet enabled. Unfortunately, Samsung is choosing to use market/former resistors good producer said stopped using in 1999 (it is a saving of $ 2.50 for each tv for Samsung)-put the tomb of calculation by their design or the purchase of the supply chain design team.

The Council and necessary service tech 450 dollars to repair.

I are never buy Samsung.
