50 inch samsung hdtv

I thought, no problem, I have one year warranty so maybe I have to wait to see if it goes away. It has only worsened. So I called Samsung and worked my way through the menu system. Once I explained the problem, the nice person assured me that it could be repaired, but then transferred to someone else that I had to explain again. If these people have told me that he would contact my local Samsung repair centre and that I would receive a call from downtown service to set a time for repair. But the next day I received two calls, a technical service of Samsung and one for technical services at&T or something like that. After being on the phone with at&T for 40 minutes, explained that a few defective pixels are considered normal and Samsung does not repair the TV. But they are very sad. I waited a couple of weeks then obtained the brightest point and then called again Samsung. I never accepted any specific policy regarding defective pixels. I only know that I have a bad TV and a one-year guarantee. For the moment, is where it is.
